1、 i 摘要 注塑成型是生产塑料制品的最常用的方法之一 。 塑料工业是当今世界上增长最快的工业门类之一,而注塑模具是其中发展较快的种类。 注射成型是塑料成型的一种重要方法,它主要适用于热塑性塑料的成型,可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。 近年来, CAD技术的应用越来越普遍和深入,大大缩短了模具设计周期,提高了制模质量和复杂模具的制造能力。 本课题就是将 玩具小车底板 作为设计模型,将注射模具的相关知识作为依据,阐述塑料注射模具的设计过程。 本设计对玩具小车底板进行注塑设计 ,利用了 pro/E 软件 对塑件进行 3D 造型,对塑件结构进行工艺分析,确定采用一模两腔、侧浇口进料的三板式模具。在设计
2、中确定了注射机的机型,接着对各个部分进行了计算并校核,确定了浇注系统 、 抽芯系统 、冷却系统。最后运用 autoCAD 绘制了模具装配图和零件图。 关键词 :塑料模具;注射成型;模具设计; ii ABSTRACT Injection molding is the production of plastic products, one of the most common methods.
