1、本科毕业设计(论文) 摘要 本次毕业设计题目为八层框架结构综合办公楼设计,结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构。共 8 层,底层高为 3.8m,其它层为 3.5m。建筑物总长度为 30.0m,宽度为 16.8m,高度为 31.8m,建筑总面积约为 4032m2。框架抗震等级为三级,抗震设防烈度为 6 度。本设计的主要内容: 建筑设计:根据使用功能不同,分别设置了办公室和休息室。每层布置两个防火楼梯,卫生间在楼梯间两侧,每层设置。 结构设计:结构设计阶段进行了结构平面布置、估算截面尺寸、荷载计算、框架计算、侧移验算、内力计算 、内力组合及构件设计等工作,并完成了标准层结构平面布置图、框架配筋图、楼板配筋
2、图、楼梯配筋施工图。采用 D 值法进行水平地震作用下框架内力计算;采用弯矩二次分配法进行竖向恒载、活载作用下的内力计算;内力组合:考虑恒载活荷载、恒载活荷载 +水平地震作用两种内力组合方式进行框架梁、柱的最大弯矩及轴力计算;截面配筋及验算:对于框架梁柱进行控制截面的计算配筋。 关键词:建筑设计 ;框架结构 ;配筋设计 本科毕业设计(论文) Abstract The building has 8 layers and the height of first layer is 3.6 meters the others are 3.5m. The earthquake intensity is 6 degrees. The primary design contents are as follows: Architectural design: According
4、to the functions of use, the building has some offices. There are two elevators in the hall, and there are two fire-escape stairs at the both sides of elevator. The bathrooms are at the both sides of fire-escape stair, they are set up in each floor. The structural layout of building is reasonable, a
5、nd its functions are clear. Because this architectural plane length is long, the movement joint has been established. Structural design: The structural plane layout, the preliminary estimation of section size, the computation of load, the computation of frame structure, the checking computations of
6、sideway, the computation of internal force, the combination of internal force and member design and so on are done in the stage of structural design. The internal forces of frame are calculated under the horizontal earthquake by the “D” value method.Combination of internal force: Considering that co
7、mbination of the dead load and live load, combination of the dead load and live load and horizontal earthquake function, we calculate the biggest bending moment and the axial force of beam and column. Section reinforcing and checking calculation: the control sections of the beam and column are reinforced, and the frame nodes are checked.
