1、摘要 摘要 设计 部分 题目为 鸿华 华职业高中 教学 楼，包括建筑设计和结构设计两大部分 。 该建筑为五层框架结构， 建筑总 高度 为 21.6 米，总建筑面积约为 5218.4 平方米。 建筑设计方面，主要完成了建筑物的平面、立面以及剖面设计 。 该 教学楼 属于 综合教学 楼，平面布局时 首先 考虑了房间功能需求 。除此之 外，又综合考虑了结构设计方案以及基础选型等； 在 这部分中，建筑和结构是相结合来做的。 结构设计 方面 计算了一榀框架的重力荷载 、 计算了风荷载和横向水平地震作用 及其内力 、还 计算了竖向 恒 载作用 及其 内力 。 根据最不利组合进行了梁和柱截面设计。除一榀框架
