1、 毕业设计(论文)专用纸 1 摘 要 塑料作为一种可塑性很好的合成 高分子材料已广泛应用于电脑、手机、汽车、家电、和玩具产品制造中, 塑料模的发展具有着广阔的市场空间。本 次 设计的制件为玩具马主动齿轮,具有重量轻,强度高,易清洁的特点,为大批量生产产品。 本文基于塑料成型的基本原理,特别是单分型面注射模具的工作原理,利用计算机辅助设计制造的基本方法,完成了 主动齿轮的 注射模设计。本套模具采用一模四腔、点浇口进料的一模两开三板式结构。同时 通过对塑件进行结构工艺分析, 本文 还进行了 模具 分型面、 型腔数目、 浇口形式的确定,以及脱模机构,合模导向机构, 冷却系统、成型零件等模具主要组成部

3、mold bears a broad market space. The designed parts of this time are toy horse active gears, with the characteristics of light weight, high strength, easy to clean, as mass production products. Based on the basic principles of plastic molding, especially the working principles of the injection mould
4、 with single parting surface, this paper completes the design of injection mould of the active gears, using the basic methods of designing and manufacturing with computers assistance. The set of moulds adopts the structure of a mold with four cavities and a mold of two-open and three-plate with a fe
5、ed point gate model. Meanwhile through the structural process analysis of the plastic parts, this paper also points to fix the mold parting surface, the number of cavity, the form of the runner and design the major components of molds like the demolding mechanism, the whole mold steering mechanism, cooling system and the ready molded parts. And the complete mold assembling graph and the main parts graph are drawn through the use of CAD. Key words: plastic; injection mold; active gear
