1、河北工程大学毕业论文(设计) I 摘要 我国从 80 年代末开始在建筑工程的领域实现了工程监理制度,至今已经有10 多年的历史,在这期间,我国的建筑工程监理向着社会化、专业化、现代化的方向稳步的发展。组建了很多高素质、高水平的工程监理队伍。目前我国已经有 7 千多家监理公司,受监理的项目约占到 75%左右,工程监理工作在工程施工建设过程中体现着越来越重要的地位,并且也得到社会各界更加广泛的关注和认可。 大量实践证明,实行监理制对于加强工程建设管理、控制工程质量、工期和投资、确保工程安全、提高工程效益具有十分重要作用。从水利工程建设监理实际来看,存在着一 些不容忽视的问题,参与工程建设的有关单位
