1、河北工程大学毕业论文（设计） I 摘要 我国从 80 年代末开始在建筑工程的领域实现了工程监理制度，至今已经有10 多年的历史，在这期间，我国的建筑工程监理向着社会化、专业化、现代化的方向稳步的发展。组建了很多高素质、高水平的工程监理队伍。目前我国已经有 7 千多家监理公司，受监理的项目约占到 75%左右，工程监理工作在工程施工建设过程中体现着越来越重要的地位，并且也得到社会各界更加广泛的关注和认可。 大量实践证明，实行监理制对于加强工程建设管理、控制工程质量、工期和投资、确保工程安全、提高工程效益具有十分重要作用。从水利工程建设监理实际来看，存在着一 些不容忽视的问题，参与工程建设的有关单位
