1、攀枝花学院本科毕业设计(论文) 摘要 I 摘 要 该毕业设计 对环保、节能、自动补压型给水设备作了介绍。从 节能科技 的实践出发,阐述了 双恒压无塔供水系统在 给 高楼供 水设备中的应用。以 PLC 电路控制方式 , 介绍了智能水压控制系统的工作原理及 PLC 控制系统。在分析水压控制的工作流程的基础上,给出了 PLC 控制系统的硬件和软件设计。智能水压控制系统的基本控制策略是:采用电动机调速装置与可编程控制器( PLC)构成控制系统,进行优化控制 , 完成供水压力的恒定控制,当 管网 流量变化来达到稳定的供水压力和节约电能 。 系统的控制目标是 总 泵的出口压力、系统设定的压力值和反 馈给水

4、system. On the basis of analyzing the working process of the hydraulic control, PLC control system hardware and software design are given. Control objectives of the system is always pump outlet pressure, system pressure set value and feedback feed pressure compares the actual values. Afte
6、r treatment the difference between the input inverter, sends out control instructions, control stations and pump motor was put into operation of variable pump motor speed, so as to achieve stable water supply main pipe pressure on the set pressure value.
