1、 I 数控加工切削参数优化分析 摘 要 近年来,数控技术正向着高效率、高精度和高智能化方向快速发展。因此,为提高数控机床的自动化生产程度,以精度和效率为目标,优化各种数控加工的参数,并把优化的参数进行优选,是一个既紧迫又极具有实际意义的问题。 数控加工刀具运动轨迹是确定数控加工工艺的重要环节。刀具运动轨迹设计质量的好坏,将直接影响零件的加工质量及加工成本。由于球头铣刀是复杂曲面加工的主要刀具,球头铣刀切削力是选择机床、刀具、夹具及实现铣削加工工艺参数优化的基础。故本文对球头铣刀的运动轨迹优选进行了理论研究 。 由于在数控加工过程中,特别是复杂曲面加工过程中,切削条件不是一成不变的,但在目前的数
2、控加工中大都是人为的选择保守的切削参数,并且在加工过程中保持切削参数不变,从而大大降低了数控机床的生产效率。 在数控加工中,正确合理地选择切削参数对确保产品质量、提高生产率、降低生产成本起着十分重要的作用。近年来,随着数控 (NC)技术的普遍应用,以及各种先进制造技术的迅速发展,生产辅助时间大大降低,相应地,切削时间所占的比重就大大提高。因此缩短切削加工时间,对提高生产效率起着非常重要的作用。 目前,大多数工厂在生产中 凭经验或参考切削用量手册来选择切削用量,这往往达不到切削参数的最优选。运用现代切削理论、数学建模和模型分析方法寻求切削参数的最优组合,是切削参数选择的一个重要方向。 这里主要讨
