1、 I 摘要 盖形螺母,包括螺母体和盖帽,其技术解决方案是螺母体和盖帽为分体结构,两者通过焊接连接。采用分体结构后,螺母体可采用现有的标准螺母,加工时只需制造盖帽并将盖帽焊接在标准螺母上就可以了,大大降低了制造的难度。 盖形螺母广泛应用于汽车配件,机械设备,电子器材,通讯设备,五金灯饰,建筑桥梁,家具装修等相关行业,其市场需求量巨大。采用冷挤压工艺生产不但能降低生产成本,提高生产效率; 而且 提高了零件的精度和表面质量 , 改善了强度和韧性 ,减少了切削加工量 ,也改善了零件的组织性能 。所以,在此对汽车盖形螺母的成形工艺及模具 设计进行研究。 在挤压过程中 一般采用有预成形的多道次挤压工艺 。
