1、兰州交通大学毕业设计 (论文 ) I 摘 要 随着信息化的进程,文档管理越来越受到了企业的重视。企业文档安全管理系统是为了方便公司文档管理、人员分配而设计开发的,主要目标是实现公司内部的文件共享,提升办公速度。系统基于局域网,采用当前流行的 C/S 架构,按照三层结构应用软件模型进行设计,有效地保证了系统的可靠性和可扩展性。在 .NET 运行库的支持下,我们采用 C#语言进行开发,并利用 SQL Server 2008 进行数据存储。三者的结合大大提高了系统的开发效率,保证了系统高效按时完成。 面向对象分析与设计的思想全面贯彻在企业文档安全管理系统中, 使之具有更好的可重用性、可扩展性和可管理
2、性。从理论与实践两个角度出发,系统划分为七大模块,登录管理、项目管理、文档管理、部门管理、员工管理、客户管理和系统管理,他们之间通过标准的接口进行通信,保证各子模块之间能够正确的交换信息,使系统能够正确有效的运行。 系统开发按照软件工程的流程进行,对每一个阶段进行了详细的分析说明,从调研阶段开始,经过可行性研究、需求分析、设计、实现、测试这五个章节,不仅使系统按时完成,而且保证了系统的可靠性和可维护性,同时有利于系统功能的扩展。本文主要论述了数据库以及系统管理子系统的 设计与实现,重点分析了岗位管理子模块与导入 /删除数据子模块功能的实现。 关键字: 文档管理;系统管理 ; 安全;权限; C#
