1、 西南科技大学本科毕业论文 I 企业客户资源管理系统的设计与实现 摘要: 由于现在企业之间的竞争日益的激烈,各个企业想要在这激烈的竞争中生存就必须要有创新,无论是产品还是服务都要不断的推陈出新,在这推陈出新中 作者 必须要找到一个重心,那就是要以客户为重心。企业的客户管理对企业的发展以及其资源的优化有着重要的作用。 本系统主要实现了客户的添加,查询,修改,删除等功能。添加功能主要是将客户的信息存储到数据库中;查询功能主要是方便经理和业务员能从数据库中查询到客户的一些详细资料,对客户进行管理;修改功能主要在客户信息出现变动时,企业可以对客户的 资料进行修改,以保证客户资料的正确性;删除功能主要是
