1、 摘要 醋酸,又名乙酸,作为一种应用广泛的重要化工原料,醋酸主要被用于合成乙酸乙烯醋的单体 VAM、合成乙酸醉的原料及生产精制对苯二甲酸 (PTA)的溶剂等。自 20 世纪 70 年代美国 Monsanto(孟山都 )公司首创低压拨基合成醋酸工艺后,此方法已成为世界生产醋酸的主要方法。甲醇低压碳基合成醋酸工艺确立了碳一化学含氧化合物的产业优势,从此,醋酸及其衍生物的工艺和技术创新成为研究人员研究的发展方向。 甲醇低压羰基化法合成醋酸工艺主要包括 CO 造气和醋酸生产两部分。造气工段主要包括造气、预硫、压缩、脱硫脱碳工序, 醋酸生产又可分为反应工序和精制工序。反应工序包括:预处理、合成、转化等工
