1、河南理工大学 2013 届毕业论文（设计） 某公司 电脑 包装线外观站员工累积损伤分析与工具设计 摘 要 随着人类进入到信息化时代，人类对电子厂品的需求量迅速增加，与此同时，以生产电子产品为主的公司也迅速发展起来了。近年来，这个行业发生了很多大的事件，引起了人们对数以万计的电子产品生产公司的基层员工的生活、工作的关注。同时员工也要求人性化的工作、轻松愉快的工作环境 。 论文通过对员工工作过程的研究，结合企业实际情况，对工作场所的环境、工具进行了改善，说明了人因工程在优化人的工作方面的作用。首先，本文叙述了累积损伤疾病及其产生的原因，同时提出改善时应遵循 的手握式工具设计原则。其次，通过观察、分

Through studying on working process of employees and combining the characteristic of the company real situation and conducting improvement ,we find it is helpful to practice ergonomics .First ,this paper has recounted the theory of cumulative trauma disorders and the cause of cumulative
5、 trauma disorders and combines the principle of hand tool design. The second , through observing staff working process, this paper find he causes of cumulative trauma disorders, which lie in two hands: On the one hand, it lies in bar code scanner； the other hand, it lies in work environment. The third, design the shape of bar code scanner on the basis of design steps, and improve the environment.
