4、ound of the logistics management industry, the traditional transportation and warehousing methods under the new economic model is a qualitative change. This paper first describes the development status and characteristics of e-commerce logistics, and then analyzed several advantages and characteristics of the logistics model of e-commerce, content by comparative analysis of the various modes and a case to further understand the role of the logistics model in e-commerce to understand the development trend of the logistics model.
