1、 I 摘 要 物流业作为一个新兴的战略性产业，是国民经济的重要组成部分，而第三方物流作为“第三利润源”，更是对经济的发展起到重要的作用。但是我国第三方物流企业起步晚，而且自身还存在许多问题，但是随着我国对外开放水平的提高，越来越多的国外大型跨国公司利用资金、技术等开始争夺我国的物流市场，而国内的第三方物流企业近些年也出现很多，所以我国的第三方物流企业面临着巨大的竞争压力。如何提高自身竞争力特别是核心竞争力，以在激烈的市场竞争中取胜，是我国第三方物流企业亟需考虑的问题。 本文首先在第二章提出核心竞争力的概念，重点 介绍了核心竞争力的要素。第三章对德邦物流的概括进行简单介绍，同时对其经营范围和业务
2、流程进行了描述，最后指出其存在的问题，这样能够在整体上对德邦物流有一个把握。然后第四章对德邦物流企业的核心竞争力进行分析，最后针对第三章提出的德邦物流企业存在的问题，在本文的第五章提出了具体的解决措施。 通过对德邦物流的研究，我们可以看出我国第三方物流企业的确是存在许多问题，如比较突出的人才缺乏、技术水平相对滞后、信息系统有待完善等等，这不仅仅需要企业自身的努力，同时也需要政府的扶持和帮助，只有这样，我国的第三方物流企业才能逐 渐缩小同国外水平的差距，才能有更多的企业有实力参与国际竞争。 关键词： 第三方物流 核心竞争力 德邦物流 II Title Our Country Third Part
