1、临沂师范学院学士学位设计 1 摘要 本设计主要介绍了人造板热压机自动化控制系统。通过对热压机工作原理的分析及实际生产的要求,设计出热压机的软硬件程序,保证了热压机的正常快速高质量的运行。人造板 热压机 是木材加工生产中电气设备最多、控制最复杂的生产线 , 是整个系统中最重要的设备,必须按时间、行程、压力、温度、位移等 因素 或工艺参数进行协调控制。本设计给出了完整的 控制 程序 , 将 PLC 应用于热压机, 很好地 解决了系统的 控制 要求,提高了系统的可靠性和维修的快速性。 根据工艺要求,本设计在热压过程中满足 “压力 -时间 -位置 ”曲线和压机的闭合及开启时的速度要 求。在实际生产中要
2、求的人造板的层数、厚度等的变化只需对程序局部进行修改即可达到要求,这正是 PLC 控制的一大优点。人造板热压机 PLC 控制系统采用 三菱 公司 FX-32MB 型 PLC,其硬件基本由开关量输入单元、模拟量输入单元、脉冲输入单元、继电器输出单元和晶体管输出单元组成。 本设计主要使用开关量输入、输出单元、计时器单元。 关键 词 : 热压机工作原理, PLC 控制程序 ,控制设计 临沂师范学院学士学位设计 2 ABSTRACT This article mainly introduced the automatic control system of hot press of wood-base

The hot press machine is the most important apparatus in the whole system, control in coordination according to principles such as time , journey , pressure , temperature , displacement ,etc. or craft parameter run well. Layers of change of count , thickness ,etc. of wood-based plate that require in actual production need , so on , it can meet the qualification to fix to procedure part only, this is exactly a great advantage that PLC controls. The hot press machines PLC control system of the wood-based plate adopts OMRON Companys Model C2000H PLC, hardware its input switch unit , analog quantity input unit , pulse input unit , relay output basically.
