1、江西理工大学应用科学学院毕业设计 I 基于 ARM 的嵌入式车灯检测系统设计 摘 要 该系统把汽车前照灯发出的光通过光学系统,然后经 CC D 采集和放大滤波 ,通过 高速 A D 传输到存储器中,由 ARM 进行图像的处理分析 ,来判断汽车前照灯的性能 。 它采用了以 ARM7TDMI 为核心的芯片 S3C44B0X。配合嵌入式多任务操作系统 u C OS11,既方便了应用程序的开发,也同时保证了其上各个任务的实时性和可 靠 性 , 从而实现了该系统的设计 。 本检测设备是专为测试车灯照度和车灯灯泡电流是否符合设计标准,为车灯生产线提供检测仪器而设计的。 硬件 设计方面,使用传感器检测车灯是
2、否安装正确,得到的信号通过可编程控制器进行编程,再由触摸屏显示检测的各种参数并报告检测结果。在设计中加入了电压表和电流表,分别显示被测灯的电压和测试电流。测试电流通过 A/D 模块转换后载入可编程控制器,编程后与设计标准进行比较。 软件设计方面,通过可编程控制器编程实现了自动、手动、灯号输入、灯号删除、灯号及参数调用、条件设定、新灯号的自学习、检测数据保存等功能。 通过可编程控制器的使用,使测试仪具有较高的性价比和柔性,提高了车灯测试数字化水平,对提高产品质量起到了积极地推动作用。 关键词:车灯检测系统; ARM ; CCD 李钱波:基于 ARM 的嵌入式车灯检测系统设计 II The ARM
