1、摘 要 该课题来自于横向课题,旨在对现有纺织机械中的马尾纱包芯纱纺织机器需要大量人工、纱织产品规格单一质量不稳定的问题进行综合评述和论证,研究出一种可替代人工的马尾纱包芯纱自动纺织机器,拟解决纺织机大量需要人工的瓶颈问题。 首先, 对现有纺织机进行了利弊讨论,进而找到其需要改进的问题,马尾输送 是改进的关键。其次,就现有常用的输送方法摩擦、振动、气流、夹取进行对比分析讨论,最后 对 夹取机构 这一关键部件进行了设计。通过 对夹取机构 的设计方案 进行讨论, 最终选择由了凸轮机构 和曲柄滑块组合,并对其运动协调性分析。论 文还 对凸轮连杆和曲柄滑块组合机构进行运动分析 ,对马尾提取机构的 凸轮廓

First, discussing the advantages and disadvantages of horsetail core textile machinery, and then finding the problems which n

Second, as to existing commonly used method conveying which includes friction, vibration, air, and clip to carry on the analysis to discuss, and design the key components of clip institutions.
