1、安徽工程大学机电学院毕业论文 1 全面质量管理在浙江新乐公司的应用研究 摘 要 产品质量是企业的核心要素，也是企业实现经济效益、竞争力和顾客满意的重要因素。本文以浙江新乐公司作为案例和研究对象，详细列举了公司未实施全面质量管理前存在的主要问题，深入透彻的分析了质量管理存在不足的根源，采用理论和实际相结合，具体问题具体分析的方法，对公司涉及产品质量主要过程：产品开发、制造、销售和服务过程以及影响产品的主要因素：人、设备、材料、操作方法和环境进行了系统的总结，对存在的各种问题采用各个击破的方法，提出了企业解决问题和提高产品质量水平的有效 途径。 根据以上理论和案例分析的结果，本研究提出，企业若想在
